Membership Conditions:
- Membership is pro-rated upon signup.
- Your Membership auto-renews every month.
- Your Membership auto-charges every month at the beginning of the month.
- Memberships can only be held through ACH payments.
- Monthly tuition is based on the number of times your class meets in the month. Some months contain five weeks due to the extra days in the month, so tuition may be slightly higher. Other weeks have cancellations due to weather, holidays, or break, so your tuition may be slightly lower. Usually, it evens out over the year.
- If you do not show up for classes, you will still be charged. However, you may schedule a makeup class. Makeup classes can be scheduled in advance as well. See below.
- Multi-class and multi-student discounts automatically apply as more classes are added.
- Your Membership gets you the cheapest price for Open Gyms for just $10. See our Open Gym pricing.
- If you need to switch class times, upgrade, downgrade, or level up to a higher class, we can do so at any time.

Only office staff can assist members with membership. Please email us at help@nebraskaparkour.com or call/text us at (402) 819-6849. If we do not respond, please text or leave a voicemail. If we do not respond within 3 business days, please stop by the front desk or (re)email.
Canceling Membership
Before you go, have you considered going on hold?
Members can place their accounts on hold at any time for up to four (4) months. You keep your place in ALL of your classes and can use makeup classes during the time you are paused. Then you can come back any time to resume or just let us know if you need an extension! Click Here to place a hold on your account!

- Retains your sign-up and registration fees you already paid
- Keeps your progress in our gym curriculum
- All makeup classes can be used during or after pause, as long as they're scheduled within the rolling 3 months

Refund & Cancellation Policy – Recurring Memberships
To cancel your membership entirely, you must complete this form prior to the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the month.
- For example, if you want to drop for August classes, you must contact us before August 1st.
No refunds unless you have completed the cancellation form prior to the 1st of the month.
Registration fees will reapply if all students in the family have dropped classes without going on hold. Families with any student continuing classes will avoid the registration fee if the dropped child signs back up for classes while any student in the family holds a continuous membership. In other words, if student A & B are enrolled and student A drops, they will avoid the registration fee if student A returns to classes as long as student B continues their membership until then.
Canceling your membership will void any makeup classes available. See our Pause article if you wish to use these.
If we are not able to process your cancellation before the 1st of the month, we use the date you completed the cancellation form to honor your cancellation request date and issue a refund as long as it falls within eligibility dates.
Mid-month cancellations do not qualify for a refund or credit as you have reserved your enrollment for the entire month. However, unattended classes are still eligible for makeups if you decide to pause as long as they are used within 3 months of the missed class.
If you do not complete the pause or cancellation form before the 1st of the month, you will be charged. If your payment does not go through and you do not cancel your membership, you will still be charged for tuition until you complete the pause or cancellation form.
*Previous members who have canceled their membership since 1/1/25 are allowed to bypass the registration fee, as they may have canceled without expecting the registration fee to apply, but they must re-enroll by 12/31/25 unless deemed otherwise.
Switching, Upgrading, & Leveling Up
Members can switch and add additional classes at any time. If members level up to a higher class, they may switch days/times upon receiving confirmation from their coach. Additional charges may incur if the new class day/time adds another class session to the month.
Makeup Classes
- Makeup classes can only be used if you are enrolled in classes or paused.
- Makeup classes must be scheduled within 3 months of the missed class date.
- Makeup classes can be used for other classes aside from your regular enrollment day/time or for open gyms.
- Makeup classes can be rescheduled as long as they are within the 3 month window. Any makeups scheduled beyond 3 months cannot be rescheduled due to absence.
- Makeups will be lost for the respective student if they drop all their classes (e.g. if two students in the same family are enrolled in a class and student 1 drops, then student 1's makeup classes are lost). To avoid losing your makeup classes, you can pause your memberships.
- Makeup classes can only be scheduled during classes where another student is enrolled or with trial students. Makeup classes can not be scheduled in empty classes.
- Makeup classes can not be scheduled for optional classes.
- You must provide the date of the class you missed when scheduling a makeup class. Please email us at help@nebraskaparkour.com to schedule your makeup class.
