How to Place a Membership on Hold/Pause

Need to take a break?

Place your recurring membership on hold for up to 4 months.

To place your accounts on hold, please just fill out this pause form. Within, you can let us know the specifics of your request. Once you hit submit, it will mark your hold date. If we have any questions or recommendations based on the info you provide, we will reach back out to you here, over email. It's only $12 to place a hold on your account.

After the duration of your hold expires, your plan will automatically resume. You may also contact us or come into the gym to remove your hold at any time.

You keep your place in ALL of your classes and can use makeup classes during the time you are paused. Then you can come back any time to resume or just let us know if you need an extension!

Benefits of placing a hold:

  • Retains your sign-up and registration fees you already paid
  • Keeps your progress in our gym curriculum
  • All makeup classes can be used during or after pause, as long as they're scheduled within the rolling 3 months
  • Place a hold anytime you need it!

To place your membership on hold, we require a resume date (this can be moved if you need more time later!) which you will automatically be billed for at the beginning of the month.

Memberships paused before 9/1/25 must have a resume date to avoid being dropped and subject to a registration fee upon returning. If you do not respond to us when we reach out and provide a resume date, you will be dropped.

Please let us know if you have any further questions. We’re always here to help! We look forward to seeing you again!
