How Do Open Gyms Work

Created by Nebraska Parkour, Modified on Thu, 7 Aug at 9:43 PM by Nebraska Parkour

Open gym is an incredible experience for our students. Open gym is a supervised session where students can wander the gym space as they please and practice whatever they want or organize games with other students such as tag during certain times or areas. Coaches often train during this time, and students can see what professional parkour looks like.

Coaches monitor to ensure all students are safe, included, having fun, and able to check off moves on their checklists. Open gym sessions only cost $10 for all membership holders so make sure to stop by during open gym.

Open Gym is on a walk-in basis only.
